1993 - Frank Black - The Palace

A Ron concert.  He loves the Pixies and Frank Black and we didn't miss many of his solo shows.

Opening band was Reverand Horton Heat.

The band consisted of Frank on guitar and vocals (maybe some harmonica?), Joey Santiago on lead guitar, Eric Drew Feldman on keyboard/synth, Tony Maimone on bass, Nick Vincent on drums.

  1. one of his first outings after the pixies. you can tell because joey was still hanging around. reverend horton heat was fun too, the big stand up bass and the rev standing on top of it playing.
    we may have seen frank black more than anyone, we'll see how that turns out.

  2. Have you covered the show where he opened for the Ramones and we left after Frank Black played and then Joey Ramone died?
